I love Sri Sri..!!

Once while surfing channels (Which is my favorite pass-time) I stopped at a channel where a fellow caught my eyes, though generally I don’t see devotional channels, this time I didn’t want to change. There was a huge crowd listening to a man in white. There was an amazing charm and calmness on his face. I researched a bit about this man and found out that this divine man is H. H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of Art of living  which teaches people real ‘Art’ of living. Since then I was so eager to learn the course they take, although I had no clue what was this course all about.

I contacted some volunteers of this organization who are referred as angels because all they do is spreading happiness without any expectation. Inspite of the core desire I could not do the course due to all sundry reasons like no time or the venue being too far. Still my search was on and then I met a super angle whose name was also Srishti (Srishti Jhawar). She told me about a three days course which I soon enrolled. And then what I experience was incredible. I still remember each process I did in those three days and also the people I met there My teachers Virat bhaiya, Vasudha di, Siddharth bhaiya and Mamta di, Super-amazing angel Neha Chittal (Who always inspires me to grow on this path), Super-excited angel Hitesh Amarseda (who keeps on giving me encouragement dose) and many others. Wow!! That was pure Bliss!!! I couldn’t describe the feeling all I could do was carving them into few words. I wrote a poem on last day and when my teacher Vasudha di asked me about how I felt about the course? This is what I gave her, a poem, which she made me read in front of everyone…..

Breathe in normal, Breathe is Ujjay,

Each breath will act as a new realm, a new ray.

Experience the sudarshan kriya, Experience the joy,

Feel the freshness, let your stress destroy.

I don’t know the secret, I don’t know how?

But after the kriya an eternal feeling says wow!!

So, let’s learn the kriya, lets learn to live,

Get into the world of knowledge and see what does it give.

There will be a sincere spiritual feeling, coming from within.
And, that’s what we call as ‘Art of living’
